It's raining again, it has now officially been raining here in the North West every day since the beginning of July - anyone seen Noah?

This must be the wettest part of the UK, I think I am developing webbed feet!

Where is the best weather in the UK, which county has the least rainfall I am thinking it will be in the south, maybe it's time to consider a move.

OMG  so many courgettes - I have been giving them away to everyone - even the postman is running down the drive to avoid being offered another courgette!

I saw this character at the local carnival on Sunday, while she was busy collecting from passers by her little dog had only one thing on his mind - strawberry ice cream.

This morning I went out to water my veggies, and discovered this beautiful courgette flower.  This year they seem be bigger and better than ever before, so I am really looking forward to picking some nice juicy courgettes to go into my tomato tarts  (the tomatoes are looking good too).

2010-07-09 -  I got the first courgettes of my plants today and sauted them to have with my dinner, they were delicious!!
