Acceptance of terms
Green Artist.co.uk (Art Cabin.co.uk / AllysonWright.co.uk) provides its service to you, subject to these terms. The most current version of the terms can be found atTerms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change and or amend these terms at any time by posting the amended terms on our site.
By using Green Artist.co.uk (Art Cabin.co.uk / AllysonWright.co.uk) you agree to be bound by these terms.
Purchasing
All purchases made from this website will be subject to these Terms. Purchasing from this website confirms your acceptance of these Terms.
All prices displayed on Green Artist.co.uk (Art Cabin.co.uk / AllysonWright.co.uk) are in £ sterling GBP. Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate only, and buyer should check currency conversions on the day of purchase for an accurate price in their own currency.
At the present time there is no added VAT. Credit card details taken via the website are taken through PayPal to help provide the safest way to shop on the internet, and because of this neither Green Artist.co.uk (Art Cabin.co.uk / AllysonWright.co.uk) or the Artist has any access to customers' credit/debit card details.
Before buying an artwork the cost of post, packaging, shipping insurance and delivery will be added to the total price. This will be shown on your receipt, and is non-refundable if you should decide to return the work for any other reason except it being damaged.
Once having completed the purchase, if, for any reason you should decide to cancel the transaction after placing your order, you will be responsible for all packing, shipping and handling fees for the initial shipment of the work, you will be also be responsible for the return condition, and cost of return shipping, and handling of the work. Upon return of the work to the artist, in identical condition to that in which it was originally sent, reimbursement will be made for the amount you paid less the aforementioned fees.
Portraits
We require a deposit at the time of ordering / commissioning a portrait. This deposit is non-refundable. An image of the completed portrait will be displayed in a private area online for approval for up to one week, once the portrait is finished. The balance of the payment for the portrait is due on completion and once payment is received the portrait will be dispatched to you.
In the event that a finished portrait is not accepted then ownership of the artwork will remain with the artist and we reserve the right to display an image of it online as a sample in the portrait gallery.
Cancellations
If a customer wishes to cancel an order for any reason up until the time the artwork has been dispatched, a full refund will be made, minus any transaction fees already incurred. This does not apply to goods produced to order such as Limited Edition prints on any medium, or Prints on Canvas. nor does it apply to goods ordered or bought offline.
If the order is cancelled after the goods have been dispatched the customer will be refunded the cost of the artwork, minus any transaction fees which have been incurred and also the shipping cost will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the artwork and ensuring its safety until it is received by the artist. It is advised to leave the artwork in the packaging it was sent in unless for some reason this is not possible, or the packaging is damaged.
Returns
A customer who has purchased an artwork from Green Artist.co.uk (Art Cabin.co.uk / AllysonWright.co.uk) is given seven working days from the date of receipt to decide if they are happy with the artwork. This does not apply to goods produced to order such as Portraits, Limited Edition prints on any medium, or Prints on Canvas. nor does it apply to goods ordered or bought offline. If for any reason you decide not to keep the artwork you can return the artwork for a refund. This does not include the cost of shipping it to you. You are also responsible for the cost and the safe return of the artwork, which must be received by us in the same condition that it was at time of despatch from us, unless it has been reported as damaged (see below).
Damaged Goods
Artwork is posted with insurance, any goods which are received by the customer that are found to be damaged can be returned to the artist for a full refund. It is essential that you inform the artist within 48 hours of receipt of your artwork, in the case of a claim for damage.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check there is no discernable damage to the package before signing for the package, if your package is damaged on receipt you must mark the delivery note / receipt 'Damaged' and report to us within 24hrs of delivery. If the delivery note / receipt has been signed in any other way you waive all right to claim for any repair or replacement for goods damaged in transit. Items which are collected in person should be checked before leaving the premises.

All images displayed on this website are copyright and the property of the originating artist. Any unauthorised use of images from this site used either on or offline is strictly prohibited and a violation of this copyright will be pursued to the furthest extent of the law.
