I currently live and paint in the beautiful North West of England which gives me so much inspiration for my artwork.
I have produced artwork in quite a wide variety of media and love experimenting with different art materials and new techniques. I am passionate about art and really enjoy painting, which has been a lifelong interest.
For many years I created large dynamic works in an abstract or semi abstract style using acrylics, oils and pastels, but following an accident two years ago which damaged my back I now find it difficult to paint standing at my easel to create larger works on canvas or board. This lead me to discovering a totally new style of work, and I now create detailed watercolour paintings with fresh modern colours in a size that can be managed more easily from a seated position and this new style is proving very popular.

Our planet is an amazing place and I feel that it needs all the help it can get to keep its beauty and vitality, so in my small way I do my best to create eco-friendly artwork. I try to make all of my creative work as eco-friendly as possible, which means using art materials which are kind to the environment.
